      If you are dissatisfied with any item that you purchased online or wish to exchange it, you may return it, you may return it to L.E. Ments for credit only under the following conditions, which are strictly observed:

      Cancellations must be made within 24 hours from the date your order is received.

      Returns must be received within 5 business days of receipt.

      Items must be without wear and in pristine condition.

      Returned item(s) are in their original packaging.

      All special order sales are final, including any alterations and/or modifications requested by customer. A special order includes any item(s) not in stock, which has to be made especially for the customer. Customers will be notified immediately via email regarding this matter and can choose to cancel their purchase within 24 hours of receipt of such notification.

      Shipping charges will be deducted from any credits.

      All return shipments must be insured for the full British Pound Sterling (£) amount.
